गांव की पशुशाला के बारे में विशेष जानकारी

गांव में पशुशाला – अधिकांश पशु गांव में रहते हैं और जब वे काम के नहीं रहते हैं तो लोग उन्हें कसाई को बेच देते हैं या खुला छोड़ देते हैं। कुछ लोग पशुओं को आवारा मजबूरी में छोड़ते हैं क्योंकि उनके पास पशुओं के लिए आहार नहीं होता है। जब पशु खुला आवारा हो जाता है तो वह कृषि के लिए बहुत नुकसान करते हैं जिससे कि किसान उन्हें मारते पीटते हैं और पशुओं के द्वारा भी केवल कृषि में ही नहीं अभी तो लोगों के जान के लिए भी खतरा बना रहता है।
ऐसी स्थिति में आवारा पशुओं के लिए गांव स्तर पर ही प्रबंध करना पड़ेगा। गांव में गोचर भूमि होती है या ग्राम समाज की भूमि होती है इसमें गांव प्रधान और ग्रामीण मिलकर ऐसे आवारा पशुओं के लिए एक अच्छा प्रबंध कर गांव के लिए भी लाभदायक कार्य कर सकते हैं।
गांव स्तर पर बैठक कर निर्णय लें कि एक खुली पशु शाला बनानी है जिसमें कि ग्राम समाज और गोचर भूमि को आवंटन किया जाएगा। इस भूमि को चारों ओर से सरकारी अनुदान या जनता के दान से कटीले तार/ पाईप लगाकर सुरक्षित करना चाहिए और एक साइड में एक बड़ा तालाब खोदकर कर पानी का इंतजाम करना चाहिए बीच-बीच में बड़े पेड़ पीपल, बरगद, नीम आदि लगाकर छाया की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए और टीन सेट लगाने चाहिए जिससे कि पशु स्वयं
ही अपने भोजन पानी व सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कर सकें। एक चौकीदार रखकर पशुओं को होने वाली हानि की निगरानी करनी चाहिए कभी-कभी जंगली कुत्ते आकर ऐसे पशुओ को परेशान भी कर सकते हैं। इस तरह की पशु शालाओं के निर्माण से गांव स्तर पर ही आवारा पशुओं से मुक्ति मिल सकती है।

Animal shed in the village – Most of the animals live in the village and when they are no longer useful, people sell them to butchers or leave them loose. Some people leave the animals as stray because they do not have food for the animals. When animals become loose, they cause a lot of damage to agriculture due to which farmers beat them and animals pose a threat not only to agriculture but also to people’s lives.
In such a situation, arrangements for stray animals will have to be made at the village level only. There is grazing land in the village or land of the village society. In this, the village head and the villagers can together make a good arrangement for such stray animals and do beneficial work for the village.
Hold a meeting at the village level and decide that an open cattle shed is to be built in which the village society and pasture land will be allotted. This land should be protected from all sides by installing barbed wire/pipes through government grants or public donations and arrangements for water should be made by digging a big pond on one side and providing shade by planting big trees like Peepal, Banyan, Neem etc. in between. Arrangements should be made and tin sets should be installed so that the animals themselves
Only they can make arrangements for their food, water and security. A watchman should be appointed to monitor the damage caused to the animals. Sometimes wild dogs can come and harass such animals. Construction of such animal shelters can help in getting rid of stray animals at the village level itself.
